Richard has over 25 years of experience in recruitment, outsourcing, and technology services across the Asia Pacific region. Formerly the Managing Director of ManpowerGroup, he has considerable expertise in sales and crafting complex solutions for long-term benefits.
His experience includes providing large scalable delivery of programs across a number of industries including the Government & Defence sectors. Solutions he has led include several of the largest RPO & MSP programs in the region, veteran transition programs and workforce upskilling solutions.
Who we are
Outback Talent represents the union of two industry leaders: Outback People, and Talent International. It also supports Talent RISE, which provides coaching and career opportunities to young people experiencing challenging barriers to employment.
